As a Brand Marketing Senior Associate on the Chase Brand marketing team, you should be a strategic marketer with a passion for advertising, creativity, and innovation. You will be focused on the consumer, driven by intellectual curiosity, thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of advertising and media, have an ability to influence others in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder setting, and demonstrate a desire to deliver high performing marketing and advertising work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of brand marketing plans by assessing critical issues and recommending strategic and tactical solutions.
- Serve as a Brand ambassador by acting as the point of contact for agency team members and brand partners on assigned projects, directing next steps, and socializing key milestones.
- Champion marketing strategies in finance and legal discussions by building a strong case for the power of the work and proactively guiding projects through systems to ensure smooth delivery of brand and marketing priorities.
- Tell compelling stories by creating impactful presentations for meetings and key stakeholders, including executive updates, line-of-business colleagues, and agency partners.
- Partner with marketing research to uncover key consumer insights and test creative ideas that set direction for world-class agency partners to develop integrated, breakthrough advertising and messaging strategies.
- Lead assignments by creating project timelines, managing the cadence of reviews, and tracking feedback and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with key brand stakeholders, including Creative Leads and Resourcing Managers, to coordinate and plan creative resources.
- Support new and ongoing creative opportunities by owning creative executions from briefing and asset development through implementation across channels.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 4+ years of marketing / brand experience
- Expert knowledge of the creative process and strong instincts on how to create a plan of action that fits each project and brand initiative
- Experience managing external agencies
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple clients, digital and creative teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues, internal / external clients and vendors
- Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the legal and operational constraints of creating large and small-scale marketing campaigns for a financial services company
- Strong interpersonal skill to create lasting work relationships and teamwork—is a collaborative team player who easily gains trust and support of peers
- Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and perform under pressure within tight deadlines

Experience working with photography, video, digital, social and other asset types
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented; a passion for process and organization
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including presenting
