As a Senior Associate, Marketing Data & Capabilities on the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, you will drive and execute the foundational work that enables personalized lifecycle marketing programs across retention, product trade, and Ultimate Rewards. You'll translate marketing needs into audience and data requirements, program-manage cross-functional delivery, and help teams launch smarter, more targeted omnichannel campaigns with speed and rigor.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with lifecycle marketers to define data needs and audience requirements that enable effective campaigns across retention, product trade, and Ultimate Rewards
- Develop and execute segmentation strategies that support personalized marketing programs, including audience definition, readiness, and operationalization
- Program-manage cross-functional delivery for campaign capability needs, including intake, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates
- Build and maintain reporting for lifecycle campaigns, tracking engagement metrics at the portfolio and aggregate level and synthesizing results into clear themes and actions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify capability gaps and drive improvements that strengthen execution quality and speed
- Enhance existing campaign processes and develop new operating routines that improve consistency, measurement, and optimization
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, leading through collaboration and influence across teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in marketing, lifecycle or CRM marketing, marketing operations, marketing enablement, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple internal and external partners and operate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify clear objectives, leverage data to inform strategy, and measure success effectively
- Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across teams without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
- Commitment to maintaining a strong control environment and adhering to risk and compliance procedures
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Experience in credit card or financial services marketing
- Experience translating marketing strategy into execution requirements, including audiences, data fields, measurement needs, and operational steps
- Strong program and project management skills supporting multi-workstream delivery
- Experience building durable campaign processes and playbooks that scale across programs and stakeholders
