As a Strategy Product Manager in the Marketing Growth & Innovation team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to set and track strategic objectives, support high-priority initiatives, and bring strategy to life through scalable frameworks and disciplined execution. Job responsibilities
- Shape and drive the team's strategic priorities in collaboration with senior leadership
- Act as an objective thought partner to leadership, influencing key decisions that advance top business priorities
- Lead critical strategic initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring accountability and clear follow-through
- Develop and execute the team's transformation agenda, driving alignment and momentum across stakeholders
- Independently scope and structure cross-functional projects with clear objectives, milestones, and workstreams
- Define and maintain the framework for tracking and measuring the team's ongoing performance and success
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, strategic finance, or a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems, synthesize diverse information, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including advanced storytelling through compelling PowerPoint presentations and proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence leadership within large, collaborative organizations
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in new areas
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience in financial services
