Join a rapidly growing Open Banking team where you’ll help shape strategy, deliver business insights, and partner with senior leaders to execute on high-impact initiatives that will deliver key priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
As a Vice President on the Open Banking Business Management team, you will support the development and growth of the team, working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive delivery, organize priorities and help build and mobilize a new team. You’ll work closely with Finance, Business, and Product teams to create executive-ready materials that will enhance decisions.
The Chase Open Banking team is committed to empowering customers to share their financial data securely, safely, and transparently within the open banking ecosystem. We enable customers to access their financial data and have full control and visibility in sharing it securely with the apps and companies they choose.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee day-to-day operational infrastructure, including team communication channels and collaboration tools.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational effectiveness to enable team growth and performance.
- Support the development of Open Banking’s long-term strategy, including strategic priorities, planning frameworks, and executive narratives.
- Translate complex business, regulatory, technology, and product inputs into clear recommendations and decision materials.
- Engage with Finance and cross-functional teams to develop strategic analyses, business cases, and investment recommendations.
- Help maintain the strategic narrative for Open Banking, aligning leadership and partner teams around the business’s North Star, priorities, and right to win.
- Collaborate across teams to oversee cross-functional projects and coordinate cohesive deliverables
- Oversee creation of executive reporting and presentations that transform data from multiple teams into clear and accurate insights and narratives
- Uphold strong risk management, ethical leadership, and adherence to firmwide standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance within the team, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or related roles within financial services or fintech environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic narratives.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Success working independently and collaboratively, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and sound judgment.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Track record of driving organizational transformation.
- Experience in payments, fintechs, data businesses, or adjacent consumer financial services topics.
