Drive LLM Suite marketing by producing multi-format assets scaling creative systems and executing high-quality content across campaigns.

As a Senior Product Associate in the AI Solutions and Business Enablement team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product messaging, briefs, and campaign requirements into polished, ready-to-activate marketing assets across a wide range of formats. This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone who thrives on producing high-quality, multi-format content at pace — bringing the versatility and hustle of an agency producer to an in-house team. You will be the bridge between product, design, and the end user. You'll help support user adoption efforts such as events, educational sessions, trainings, and qualitative market research.

Beyond day-to-day production, you will help shape LLM Suite's brand expression by building repeatable creative systems that scale. You'll set a high bar for craft while designing templates, toolkits, and modular launch packages that allow the team to move faster without compromising consistency or quality. You will also translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives tailored to different personas, and serve as a credible partner to senior team members and leadership across a variety of settings.

Job responsibilities
  • Produce a high volume of polished marketing assets across formats — including feature launch packages, campaign materials, announcements, training content, executive-ready presentations, and event collateral such as signage, booth graphics, and decks.
  • Create and edit video content, including sizzle reels, product demos, explainer videos, and event recaps, with hands-on capability across the full editing workflow.
  • Distill complex product capabilities and proof points into clear narratives that resonate with different personas and audiences.
  • Support web content updates and digital asset publishing through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), keeping content current, accurate, and on-brand across digital touchpoints.
  • Stay fluent in emerging formats — short-form video, lightweight motion graphics, interactive content, and community/message-board surfaces — and proactively bring new tools and approaches back to the team.
  • Support senior team members and leadership in preparing materials, presentations, and assets for internal communications, campaigns, and executive-facing moments.
  • Act as a reliable production partner across stakeholder levels, adapting communication style and output to suit different audiences.
  • Represent the LLM Suite Product Marketing team credibly and with energy across a range of settings — from working sessions on the trading floor to boardroom briefings.
  • Own and continuously refine the visual and verbal expression of the LLM Suite brand across key marketing surfaces, ensuring recognizability and coherence across launches and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain scalable content systems — including templates, production playbooks, and "go-to-market-in-a-box" toolkits — that enable consistent, high-volume delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, product marketing, brand/content design, or an agency or in-house studio environment with high-throughput delivery expectations or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience marketing technology, SaaS, or product-led platforms, particularly where translating product complexity into accessible content is essential.
  • Comfort adapting materials and communication style across stakeholder levels, from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • Curiosity and fluency with emerging formats, tools, and platforms — and a habit of independently bringing new approaches to the team.
