You will partner closely with senior leaders to drive strategic planning, resource governance, budget management, and business execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence decisions across multiple functions and provide the insights that help talent priorities move forward successfully.

As a Vice President, Finance & Business Manager in the Tech, Data & Product Talent Segment team, you will provide financial, business management, and operating-rhythm leadership to the teams that deliver recruiting, learning, and compensation and performance programs for technology, data, and product client populations. You will partner closely with senior leaders to drive strategic planning, resource and headcount governance, budget management, and data-driven decision support. You will help ensure talent priorities are funded, tracked, and executed with discipline while providing insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day business management activities including budgeting, expense management, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Lead headcount and resource governance activities, including planning, tracking, scenario analysis, and investment cases aligned to recruiting, learning, and compensation and performance priorities
  • Identify productivity opportunities and drive execution of cost and efficiency initiatives, with clear reporting of impacts and trade-offs
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape annual planning, priorities, and multi-year roadmaps from a financial and capacity perspective
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, including defining scope, building project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery against business priorities
  • Evolve and manage the operating model, including strategy cadence, objectives and key results, governance forums, decision logs, and escalation paths
  • Prepare and manage business reviews, objective reviews, and recurring leadership reporting, ensuring materials are accurate, timely, and focused on decisions and actions
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and events, including agendas, pre-reads, follow-ups, and action tracking to drive accountability and closure
  • Produce analytics, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting on financial performance, resource utilization, program investments, and progress against priorities
  • Connect insights across recruiting, learning, and compensation and performance teams to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for coordination and efficiency
  • Act as a key point of contact for Finance, Business Management, and Talent Segment partners to ensure alignment on budget, headcount, governance, and reporting and represent the Talent Segment organization in cross-functional initiatives and working groups

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Business Management, Operations, Program Management, or Project Management
  • Experience in Business Management, Operations, or Chief Operating Office-related roles
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Ability to build relationships across a broad range of functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions clearly
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a logical, structured approach to problem-solving
