Private Bank, Family Office Services and Strategy, Vice President
J.P. Morgan Private Bank is seeking a Vice President to join its Family Office Services & Strategy team. This role sits at the center of one of the firm’s fastest-growing segments—supporting the needs of the world’s wealthiest and most complex families and family offices.
As a senior member of the team, you will own and execute high-impact strategic initiatives that drive growth of the family office business. You will work directly with advisors, clients, and senior leadership to enhance our value proposition, empower advisors to win and deepen relationships, and elevate the client experience.

Job Responsibilities
Drive Advisor Success
- Equip advisors with tools, insights, and tailored materials to win and expand family office relationships
- Provide hands-on support for client opportunities, including pitch development and expert advice
- Build scalable content and playbooks to support advisors nationwide
- Shape, refine, and advance the family office value proposition, offering, services, and capabilities to meet the needs of large and complex families
Evolve the Family Office Offering
- Develop a clear and compelling pitch representing the full J.P. Morgan family office value proposition
- Build clear alignment across J.P. Morgan teams (Morgan Private Advisory, Private Bankers, GIO, Investment Solutions, etc..) to deliver integrated client solutions
- Identify gaps & opportunities through client feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Partner with senior leadership to shape strategic priorities and inform decisions
Engage with Clients
- Participate in meetings with clients and prospects to present capabilities and advice
- Act as a subject matter expert on family office services
- Support advisors in deepening relationships with complex, multi-generational families
Enhance the Client Experience
- Lead initiatives to improve the end-to-end experience across digital tools, service, operations, and various solutions and product teams
- Identify and implement high-impact enhancements that differentiate the platform
Execute Strategy
- Own discrete workstreams aligned to the Family Office strategy
- Drive end-to-end execution, including detailed tracking of KPIs, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of operational outputs
Develop Content & Insights
- Develop client-ready materials, including pitchbooks, presentations, and analyses
- Contribute to industry-leading thought leadership (e.g., Global Family Office Report)
- Conduct financial, market, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Support Market Engagement
- Participate in high-impact client events, roundtables, and market visits
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 6+ yrs experience in private banking, wealth management, family office, or a related field; Series 7 and 63, 65, or 66
- Familiarity with family office structures and complex client needs
- Experience working with or supporting advisors and/or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including financial analysis and planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior audiences
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and modern productivity/AI tools
- Track record of improving client experience or platform offerings
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or relevant certifications a plus).
