As a Vice President, Product Manager Identity in the Identity Products team within Trust and Security, you drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of core identity data capabilities. You partner closely with engineering and key stakeholders to build scalable solutions that improve data trust, strengthen controls, and enable better decisions across the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and execution plan for identity data capabilities across verification confidence, resolution, graph, and consent management
- Define and manage a prioritized roadmap that aligns to security, compliance, and business outcomes
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure identity data solutions
- Translate complex domain needs into clear product requirements, success measures, and delivery milestones
- Launch new capabilities and continuously improve existing products using feedback, metrics, and operational insights
- Establish and champion data governance standards, policies, and controls for the identity data domain
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for product health, data quality, and business impact
- Ensure products meet applicable privacy obligations, internal policies, and audit expectations
- Communicate strategy, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly in senior stakeholder and governance forums
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data quality, access, privacy, and security
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a forward-looking roadmap
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of demonstrated product management experience in identity, data management, or related technology domains
- Strong understanding of identity verification concepts, identity resolution, identity graphs, and consent management
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, and stakeholder groups in large organizations
- Ability to define product roadmaps and drive measurable business and risk outcomes
- Technical fluency with modern data platforms, cloud architectures, and data pipeline technologies
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, privacy obligations, and compliance considerations for sensitive data
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including defining and using product metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including influencing without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience building and launching complex technology products in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in a technical, analytical, or business discipline
- Familiarity with identity and access management standards, protocols, and frameworks
- Experience applying machine learning or artificial intelligence to identity, fraud, or risk use cases
- Knowledge of graph-based data models for identity resolution and relationship mapping
- Hands-on experience with agile product development practices at enterprise scale
