The Home Lending Marketing team is responsible for developing engagement strategies throughout the customer lifecycle. We partner with several cross-functional teams to create strategies that drive awareness and affinity with the products and services we provide. We focus on our existing mortgage customers as well as those with other Chase relationships to give them reasons to consider us for their next home loan.
As Executive Director – Search, Social and Media (Home Lending), you will lead the strategy and execution of Home Lending acquisition and engagement across our Search, Social, and Paid Media channels. Your partnership with Product, Digital, Analytics, Technology, Sales and Risk teams, will help build a strategy and execution plan to engage and attract Chase customers to apply for a mortgage. You will foster cross-department conversation and alignment on marketing and product roadmaps to support the customer through their lending journey—from awareness and consideration through to account creation. The ultimate goal will be to improve our market share of Chase customers who get a mortgage.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of ten to fifteen marketers to drive improvements in mortgage market share
Manage a multi-million dollar budget associated with all programs and forecast expected spend each month
Lead and develop acquisition marketing strategies to identify the home lending needs of Chase customers using search, social and media channels
Partner with sales, product, digital, analytics, technology, execution and risk teams to help identify opportunities to engage the right customers at the right time, with the right message
Play a pivotal role to develop and implement key programs and marketing initiatives by working closely with our analytics teams to leverage data and propensity models
Successfully manage, and influence their own team, plus cross-functional resources, to execute initiatives on time, on budget and with quality
Monitor and report program trends and results along with recommendations for improvement
Review and optimize targeting methods, offers and messaging based on maximizing returns
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:
Strong digital marketing experience in a financial services firm or large corporate firm environment, with a record of launching and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Self-starter with ability to grasp concepts quickly and collaborate with business partners for information to shape a comprehensive and successful marketing strategy
Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Highly organized with exceptional ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make data-based recommendations
Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members. Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization with continuously changing priorities
Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant measured improvement
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present to varied and large audiences, including executive updates
A leader that people want to follow, who is able to engage a team and develop high performers
