As a Wealth Partners / Family Wealth Services Analyst on the Ultra High Net Worth Strategy team, you will support the planning and delivery of customized client engagements (Private Briefings), help grow and operationalize the Family Wealth Services platform, and coordinate advisory councils that capture and activate client and advisor feedback. You will partner closely with senior leaders, financial advisors, and cross-functional teams to manage logistics, materials, metrics, and follow-through helping ensure a seamless, differentiated client experience.

Job responsibilities


• Collaborate with financial advisors and senior leaders to design and deliver customized Private Briefings for clients and prospects
• Curate agendas by building relationships with subject-matter experts and securing impactful speakers across the firm
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-up to deliver a seamless client experience
• Track and report program activity, client engagement, and business outcomes across Private Briefings and related initiatives
• Serve as a generalist and ambassador for the Family Wealth Services platform (Family Engagement & Governance, Family Lifestyle, Outsourced Family Office)
• Support strategy and execution for business development initiatives, including client education, platform enhancements, and partnership opportunities
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance (LRCC) to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain internal reference materials, client-facing content, and program metrics
• Support planning and execution of Client Advisory Council and Wealth Partners Advisory Council meetings (agenda setting, speaker prep, materials)
• Document and synthesize feedback; coordinate with partners to prioritize and implement improvements to the client experience
• Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and event management; build relationships across Wealth Management Solutions, Investment Strategy, Wealth Planning & Advice, Alternative Investments, Banking, and Lending

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, responsive approach to managing client and business needs
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including PitchPro)
• Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth client engagement and/or client events
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leaders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


• Experience coordinating executive-level, bespoke client engagements or events with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms, products, and services, including UHNW-oriented offerings
• Experience creating and maintaining program metrics, reporting, and post-engagement readouts for senior stakeholders
