As a Sr. Product Associate on our Intelligent Payments team, you'll help drive the future of payments by uniting a passion for product development, frontier AI models and toolkits, and rigorous, data-driven problem solving with the strength of our industry-leading payments franchise. Job responsibilities

  • Apply data-driven problem solving to shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions
  • Partner across the organization to uncover opportunities where data and AI can elevate the payments experience for our clients
  • Research and stay ahead of developments across the payments industry, AI models and tools, and project management best practices
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics—balancing time, cost, and quality targets across the full product development life cycle
  • Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, epics, and user stories that bring products to life
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships that foster alignment and clarity around analytics strategies and product roadmaps

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Hands-on experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
  • Proficient knowledge of data analytics and strong data literacy
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills that drive team success and stakeholder engagement
  • A track record of delivering high-quality results while working independently and taking full ownership of projects

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • A proven track record in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
