Join the Finance & Business Management team supporting the Consumer Bank Affluent organization, where you will help drive business performance through data-driven insights, strategic financial reporting, and decision support. You will partner closely with business leaders and finance stakeholders to support planning, performance management, and key business initiatives. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, and contribute to the continued growth of an important client segment.

As a Finance & Business Management Vice President in the Consumer Bank Affluent organization, you will provide financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support to business and finance leaders. You will partner with field organization stakeholders supporting the Senior Private Client Banker distribution channel to drive planning, performance management, and business outcomes. You will analyze financial and business performance, develop executive reporting, and deliver insights that help identify opportunities, manage risks, and support strategic priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-finance planning and delivery, integrating dependencies, risks, and sequencing into a unified plan
  • Analyze financial and business performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop financial and business reporting that provides actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Create financial business cases supporting business initiatives and strategic priorities
  • Own core leadership routines for the channel, including performance readouts and outlook updates, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Drive benefit tracking for approved initiatives, including actual versus expected results, key learnings, and next actions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and enhance process and control discipline through automation and standardization
  • Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to support performance management and decision-making
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior leadership
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests across the business

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in financial services, financial analysis, business management, or a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across senior partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions concisely
  • Experience developing financial reporting, business analysis, and executive-level presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
