As an Analytics Solutions Summer Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Focused Analytics Solutions Team, you will deliver actionable, data-driven insights and AI/ML solutions that drive transformation, improve business decisions and customer and employee experiences at scale. You will drive project strategy and own day-to-day execution, including impact, scope, requirements, milestones, stakeholder communication, and risk and control alignment. You will apply design thinking to frame problems and develop scalable solutions. You will support data scientists with clear business direction for AI product development and modeling and automation, provide exploratory analysis, and translate complex work into clear stories and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop actionable, data-driven insights, AI/ML-enabled solutions, products, and services that inform business decisions and improve customer and employee experiences at scale
  • Manage day-to-day project execution by defining business impact, scope, and requirements, driving delivery to key milestones, and maintaining clear communication across project teams and stakeholders
  • Leading discovery and design work through a mix of consulting (problem solving, client interaction) and user-centered design practices to ensure the right problems are addressed with effective and scalable solutions
  • Ensure alignment to risk and control procedures throughout project delivery
  • Partner with data science teammates by providing clear guidance tied to business objectives and outcomes, and by performing exploratory data analysis as needed
  • Operating as an effective storyteller, communicate complex technical approaches through clear, actionable narratives and presentation materials for stakeholders, including senior leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Be enrolled in an MBA or Master’s degree program with an expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028
  • Demonstrate experience using data to answer business problems effectively
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and present effectively to diverse business and technology audiences, including senior leadership

Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience managing projects using project management tools, prioritize work effectively, and keep multiple initiatives on track
  • Strong consulting toolkit that can advance work quickly while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate effectively on global, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Self-starter with initiative and creative, practical problem-solving skills
  • Apply innovation and design thinking and/or product management principles to develop solutions with end users in mind
  • Use basic data wrangling, analytics, and visualization techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
  • Exposure to Gen AI and LLMs with the ability to craft effective prompts and create tools
