DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design process and technical architecture and integrate with reference data and downstream systems. Customize data models, transaction validation, and enrichment frameworks to enhance system scalability and cost-efficiency. Develop market-specific instruction formatting and compliance rules within systems. Translate quantitative information into actionable insights for both analytic and non-analytic staff. Design and develop interactive reports. Create dynamic and interactive dashboards. Perform data structuring, design flow, and query optimization. Support application development of formatted data files and service payloads for data transfer. Conduct exploratory data analysis within large enterprise databases to extract, clean, transform, and load data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: 3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 6 years (72 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Business Analyst, Acceptance Testing, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Developing asset management software; Applying capital markets domains and integrating Instruction Capture applications into a broader banking technology ecosystem; Harnessing data through a technology stack and integrating it into a client dashboard to provide a comprehensive view of client assets and activities; Writing optimized queries in SQL to extract data for internal metrics and client facing reports; Using AI tools, including Large Language Models (LLM), to evaluate analytical results and prepare dashboards that support management decision-making; Contributing to application development using Agile methodologies by writing Jira stories and reviewing business requirements with various stakeholders in the securities services industry; Applying Swift ISO 15022 and ISO 2022 to map attributes to Instruction Capture formats such as XML and LDM in processing the instructions through different technology stacks; Coordinating with different banking stakeholders to define and deliver products that meet business objectives; Using project management tools, including Jira and Confluence to track progress and deliver projects on time. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Conducting exploratory data analysis within enterprise databases to extract, clean, transform, and load data using SQL Developer; Conducting root cause analysis and implementing data remediation plans to resolve workflow process quality issues by streamlining and standardizing processing. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: Authoring technical business documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and system flowcharts; Using AI for practical applications including automated requirement and instruction capture from multiple sources, AI-driven analysis for completeness, clarity, and risk, continuous improvement through feedback and analytics, and streamlined documentation and version control; Using Confluence for centralizing documents, collaborative editing, structured templates, Jira integration, attachment support, knowledge sharing and search, and workflow automation; Creating metadata repositories, data dictionaries, and documentation for data lineage and system integration points.

Full-Time. Salary: $169,541 - $200,000 per year.
