Duties: Execute in-depth analyses to support new business development, and transaction origination and execution. Deliver investment banking products and services to clients and prospective clients including buy-side and sell-side M&A, IPOs, follow-ons, debt raises, and capital structure advisory. Mentor and train analysts in financial modeling and corporate finance skills. Review existing financial models to perform detailed valuation analyses. Review and generate marketing materials for debt and equity offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Coordinate and collaborate with associates and analysts across cross-functional teams including debt, equity, M&A, capital markets to develop and deliver comprehensive recommendations and solutions to clients. Construct and develop financial models and conduct valuation analyses utilizing Excel. Create presentation materials in PowerPoint as outlined by the manager and team leader for both external and internal presentations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Banking, Corporate Investment Banking, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 1 year experience in the job offered or as Investment Banking, Corporate Investment Banking, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Developing valuation analyses for public and private companies and securities across equity and credit instruments, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables, precedent transactions, sum-of-the-parts, ability-to-pay, and dividend and capital allocation analyses; Executing capital markets transactions in an active bookrunner or arranger capacity, including IPOs, term loans, and investment-grade or high-yield bond offerings by managing due diligence, preparing offering and marketing materials, coordinating ratings and legal documentation, running bookbuilding, and completing closing deliverables; Designing, developing, and automating Excel-based models and reporting dashboards with advanced functions including lookup, index-match, nested and array formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and VBScript; Providing investment banking advisory and capital-raising services to clients in at least one of the following Media and Communications sub-sectors: Data centers, fiber, towers, location-based entertainment, diversified media, advertising, or information services; Executing M&A and capital markets transactions including sell-side or buy-side M&A, equity and debt offerings, leveraged finance, and refinancings within at least one of the following Media and Communications sub-sectors: Data centers, fiber, towers, location-based entertainment, diversified media, advertising, or information services.

Job Location: 270 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.

Full-Time. Salary: $200,000 - $200,000 per year.
