Job Summary:
As a Sales Strategy & Support Manager for the J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors team, you will accelerate growth by identifying, structuring, and executing strategic opportunities across US Wealth Management (USWM) and the broader firm. You will help shape how Personal Advisors scales across the enterprise by strengthening referral quality, improving funnel efficiency, and enabling advisors to deliver outstanding client outcomes. We will partner closely across stakeholders, and you will bring strong business judgment, clear communication, and disciplined execution in a complex, fast-moving environment
Job responsibilities:
- Define and execute a long-term referral partnership strategy for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
- Identify and scale referral opportunities across both Wealth Management and the broader JPMorganChase ecosystem, building repeatable processes to route client opportunities to Personal Advisors
- Establish end-to-end J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors referral governance, including controls, protocols, and oversight of client transfers to ensure a compliant, high-quality client experience
- Serve as the referrals subject matter expert within J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors, partnering with Product and Tech to enhance and build tools that enable scalable referral models
- Build reporting and measurement capabilities to track success metrics, deliver insights, and drive continuous improvement
- Drive asset growth through strategic acquisition and deepening initiatives within both the Garage Team(s) and Advisor pool
- Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution while building trust and alignment across stakeholders
- Influence senior stakeholders and field leadership through well-structured strategic recommendations, data-informed insights, and a credible point of view on what will move the field
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with discipline—maintaining clear timelines, tracking progress against milestones, and communicating status to leadership
- Manage day-to-day execution to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of directly relevant experience (e.g., financial services and/or sales strategy/business development), with a strong consultative and project management foundation
- Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize strategies and processes that are measurable, scalable, and compliant with applicable controls
- Strong ability to build consensus and progress initiatives in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and succinctly
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Background in Wealth Management and/or sales
- Proficient in Excel and storytelling through data
- Experience developing/executing strategic plans within a sales organization
