Chase Card Services is seeking a visionary, commercially driven executive to drive the Authorized User (AU) business as a standalone growth engine across the Sapphire, Freedom, and Slate portfolios. Today’s cardmembers increasingly manage spending across families, partners, and trusted individuals. The next generation of AU experiences will be powered by a dynamic lineup of card choices, real-time spend controls, personalized benefits and rewards, and enhanced servicing experiences that make every Authorized User feel valued as part of the cardmember relationship.

Build a standalone growth engine that helps customers confidently share and manage spending with trusted people—powered by modern controls, personalized value, and exceptional servicing. You’ll shape the strategy from sizing the opportunity through execution, partnering across teams to drive sustainable growth and deeper engagement.

As a Authorized User Acquisition Strategy Lead in Card Acquisition and Growth, you lead the strategy that accelerates new Authorized User acquisition across card portfolios. You’ll define audiences, offers, channels, and end-to-end experiences, and you’ll influence positioning and messaging that resonates with customers. You’ll also set a disciplined operating model and performance cadence to ensure measurable results and accountable execution.

  • Partner with portfolio leaders to shape upper-funnel media strategy, including programmatic, social, and sponsored content
  • Establish clear KPI definitions and performance routines, including dashboards, reviews, and executive-level reporting
  • Drive a cross-functional operating model across product, marketing, risk, servicing, analytics, and finance to ensure disciplined delivery
