As a Senior Associate - Product Execution & Delivery Assurance in Portfolio/Platform Programs , you drive portfolio-level execution capacity and delivery assurance across broad platform initiatives. You connect strategy to well-defined, traceable work, create transparency across teams, and surface risks early so delivery remains real, measurable, and value-driving. You partner with product, engineering, and operations to align priorities, strengthen delivery discipline, and keep roadmaps anchored to recorded work rather than narrative updates.
Job responsibilities
- Manage cross-team dependencies and sequencing to protect delivery outcomes and reduce delivery risk
- Drive alignment on priorities, commitments, and tradeoffs across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Build and maintain an execution-focused roadmap tied to measurable work and work tracking records
- Ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, outcomes-based, and connected to value delivery
- Establish and maintain a program-wide view of key conversations, decisions, and open items
- Facilitate coordination forums to connect cross-team threads, drive decisions, and prevent gaps
- Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, assumptions, and scope changes
- Track issues to ownership and closure, escalating appropriately to maintain momentum
- Apply a quality-focused lens to plans and delivery artifacts to reduce ambiguity and rework
- Improve execution transparency by strengthening traceability from plans to delivery evidence
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Proven ability to use delivery metrics to monitor health, surface risks early, and drive course-corrections
- Strong work management discipline and comfort operating in work tracking tools (for example, Jira) to maintain traceability and transparency
- Proven facilitation and conflict management skills, including navigating tradeoffs and landing practical resolutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver accurate, detailed updates beyond surface-level reporting
- Ability to create clarity from ambiguity by defining measurable outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to manage portfolio-level delivery by balancing capacity, sequencing, and dependency constraints
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience implementing automation to streamline delivery workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Experience integrating AI-enabled solutions to improve planning, execution visibility, and decision-making within appropriate controls
- Demonstrated ability to foster continuous learning and pragmatic innovation across delivery and product teams
- Experience operating at portfolio level across multiple platform programs and shared services
