J.P. Morgan is seeking a talented candidate as an AI Knowledge Enablement Associate in the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB). The role sits within the CIB’s AI Enablement team, reporting into the AI Knowledge Enablement.

As an AI Knowledge Enablement Associate within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), you will support the design, delivery and scaling of AI upskilling, awareness and change management initiatives. The role focuses on building foundational AI literacy, helping employees understand where AI is present in their day‑to‑day tools, and enabling responsible adoption of AI capabilities. The successful candidate will also help maintain a central AI Tool Inventory and support a structured communications approach to AI across CIB.

The CIB AI Enablement team is responsible for driving the adoption of AI and accelerating the analytics agenda globally across Markets, Payments, Securities Services, and Global Banking — driving the integration of AI into business workflows to deliver measurable commercial impact. The responsibilities of the Chief Data & Analytics Office include advancing both traditional AI/ML and generative AI capabilities, identifying priorities and focusing on high-impact AI use cases, setting the GenAI strategy around LLMs and Agentic AI, reusing and scaling AI solutions across lines of business, and fostering a culture of innovation and an AI-first mindset among employees.

Job responsibilities

  • Support and deliver cross‑CIB AI upskilling initiatives, from initial design through to implementation and continuous improvement including delivery of AI training to build foundational AI literacy
  • Support change management activities that promote responsible AI adoption and embed AI into everyday ways of working
  • Create intuitive and interactive data visualizations to present complex information to stakeholders and ensure that data and analytics are available with high levels of accuracy to drive decisions and business outcomes for CIB
  • Conduct analysis to identify gaps in existing AI upskilling and awareness initiatives across CIB, supporting targeted solutions to close gaps and strengthen AI enablement programs
  • Support a multi‑layered communications strategy for AI across CIB, draft and refine communications materials (e.g. intranet content, newsletters, leadership talking points)
  • Support design and delivery of at scale cross-CIB AI upskilling initiatives from concept through implementation and continuous improvement, balancing speed with governance requirements
  • Help track progress and engagement across AI knowledge and upskilling initiatives and review participation, feedback and adoption data to understand where additional interventions are required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in strategy, communications, change management, and/or learning & development
  • Strong narrative and messaging skills: ability to craft clear storylines, key messages, and executive-level materials from complex inputs and evolving context
  • Experience in communications and/or upskilling / learning and development roles
  • Foundational knowledge of AI / machine learning and generative AI, including basic prompt‑engineering concepts, key risks and responsible AI principles in a regulated environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI, technical and regulatory topics into clear, concise and practical materials.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple initiatives to conclusion across a diverse group of partners, managing competing priorities and working effectively under pressure.
  • Driven with a curious mindset and a high tolerance to ambiguity
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfort using data and qualitative insights to define problems, set success measures, and continuously improve enablement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to analyze data and produce clear, well‑structured materials.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail and learning agility, with the ability to quickly assimilate new AI tools, policies and regulatory developments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
