As a Product Manager in Connected Commerce on the Lending Innovations team, you drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for lending product initiatives by identifying customer needs, defining clear requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for initiatives and features
  • Lead discovery, research, and analysis to identify customer problems and validate solutions
  • Build and manage a prioritized product roadmap and backlog aligned to customer and business outcomes
  • Sequence work across teams and workstreams to enable coordinated delivery
  • Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver features from definition through release
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls)
  • Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery
  • Monitor performance against goals, identify enhancement opportunities, and define implementation approaches
  • Communicate product direction, progress, and performance to senior stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related domain
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching digital products through the full product lifecycle
  • Experience translating customer insights and data into product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritization decisions
  • Working knowledge of APIs and modern software delivery practices
  • Experience operating in Agile product development environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead work in ambiguous problem spaces and align cross-functional partners to decisions and outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience working in a complex, highly matrixed organization
  • Experience partnering with control functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls) throughout product delivery
