As a Product Delivery Manager at JPMorganChase within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Market Data Technology team, you will be responsible for the operational ownership, stability, support, and continuous improvement of strategic market data platforms. You will combine technical delivery, automation, operational resiliency, vendor management, and business partnership to ensure critical market data services remain available, secure, and optimized across global business lines. The team operates as a cross-business technology unit, collaborating with counterparts in Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America through a follow-the-sun model, with a strong emphasis on issue resolution, process sharing, and product rollouts supporting all lines of business across various asset classes.
Job responsibilities
- Own the stability, performance, and end-to-end product delivery of strategic market data platforms across global business lines
- Support and manage broker and trading applications including Tradeweb, ICAP, BrokerTec, Tullett Prebon, and Tradition
- Develop and drive automation solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and incident resolution across the platform
- Monitor service health, analyze operational trends and metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead software releases, upgrades, migrations, and strategic platform initiatives from planning through production
- Partner with business, operations, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver technology solutions aligned to business priorities
- Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and problem remediation to reduce recurring issues and improve platform resilience
- Manage daily operations, change management, and the transition of new services into production support
- Manage vendor relationships, service performance, escalations, and technology roadmaps to ensure delivery commitments are met
- Drive resiliency initiatives including disaster recovery, capacity planning, and elimination of single points of failure
- Own technology risks, control gaps, audit findings, and regulatory remediation activities to maintain a strong risk and control environment
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Experience supporting virtual desktop and application streaming environments
- Strong TCP/IP troubleshooting skills and infrastructure knowledge
- Proven experience managing production incidents and resolving complex technical issues in a high-availability environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage traders, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders effectively
- Experience with change management and incident management processes in a regulated financial services environment
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or similar tools
- Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Cloudpaging or Numecent application virtualization technologies
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Geneos, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar tools
- Background in market data, electronic trading, or front-office technology environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting, automation, and knowledge management
