Who You Are
Justworks is looking for an experienced data-driven Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to oversee conversion rate optimization efforts for www.Justworks.com. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our marketing website and landing pages by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize website components. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments to improve conversion rates and supporting metrics such as engagement rates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in developing and executing tests and providing valuable insights to enhance the user journey and conversion for the website.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Website Marketing, you will collaborate with multiple teams, including Development, Performance, Content, and Design, to drive the strategy, execution, and measurement of our CRO efforts for www.Justworks.com
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Design and execute marketing experiments, test hypotheses, analyze results, and iterate on page layouts to improve conversion rates across the website.
- Develop a long-term web testing strategy and manage the testing roadmap
- Develop and lead the implementation of A/B and multivariate tests to optimize various website components, including product pages, landing pages, and form submission processes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze landing page performance, providing recommendations and implementing tests to improve conversion rate based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of user behavior to uncover opportunities for improving the marketing website.
- Collaborate closely with web production, design, and development to create and implement experiments to optimize for conversion.
- Analyze and interpret data, making informed decisions about website changes and improvements to drive continuous enhancement.
- Understand funnel performance, identify customer pain points, generate ongoing insights, and ideate solutions to optimize the user journey.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably within a demand generation or lead generation team
- Demonstrated expertise in website testing, including A/B and multivariate testing, statistical validation, a strong understanding of the conversion funnel, and CRO/web best practices.
- Proven track record of significantly improving conversion rates on a large, enterprise-level SaaS website
- Exceptional analytical skills, showcasing a natural ability to delve deep into data, differentiating causation from correlation.
- Proficient in telling compelling stories and effectively communicating strategies, plans, and results to wide audiences.
- Experience in personalizing web experiences tailored to specific customer segments is a significant advantage.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with Heap, Google Analytics, Contentful CMS, Mutiny
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000.00 - $134,200.00.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
