You have a passion for HR data and helping the people and the business use data to make strategic decisions. As part of Justworks People & Systems department, you will be charged with delivering data, analytics and insights that support our growing people and business needs. You will be an integral part of Justworks’ growth and success by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, reporting, and analytics from our HR systems, including but not limited to Workday.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Reporting & Analytics Projects such as building dashboards, analytics & reports for customers using Workday reporting tools
- Extract and distill people related data from other HR platforms supporting performance, compensation, etc. (Payscale, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, among others)
- Become an authority in all of Workday's report writing tools
- Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service to the People Team as it relates to reporting and analytics on employee level data including providing data and analytics to support our ongoing DEIB and Social impact work
- Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements, timeline and scope for all People team and business requests, setting and delivering on reasonable deliverables
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Legal & Compliance, Finance, Benefit Operations and IT as it relates to data and analytics needs
- Execute data and report validations to support ongoing quality assurance processes
- Respond to case questions and prioritize requests and collaborate with functional leaders to ensure report requirements are met in a timely fashion
- Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding of all areas of Workday Reporting & Analytics including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets
- 2-3 years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
- Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects)
- Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL
- Workday Certification in Workday Reporting
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
- Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand sophisticated, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000-$119,000.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
