Our Values

If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

The mission of Justworks’ Product Marketing team is to deliver the right product to the right audience using the right message. We love using products as a vehicle to represent the voice of the customer and foster strategic innovation by translating our deep understanding of customer and market needs into product opportunities.

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing leader with experience in go-to-market strategy and a history of driving cross-sell, upsell, and customer marketing efforts to support our benefits offering across the Justworks portfolio.

As a Sr. Manager on the Product Marketing team, you will work with our Benefits product team to bring new benefits, features, and services to prospective and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for leading go-to-market strategy for Benefits products and features at various stages of maturity and across multiple platforms (Justworks PEO, Justworks Payroll, and Justworks International) and building relationships with different stakeholders. You’ll help identify product-market fit, target personas, and define initial messaging and positioning to articulate our value. You’ll also set the foundation for how we increase benefits adoption through customer marketing tactics, inclusive of product-led cross and upsell motions and sales enablement. This role is ideal for a Product Marketer passionate about understanding complex products and translating to communicate with non-technical / non-expert stakeholders.

Additionally, in this role, you’ll be a key member of the Product Marketing leadership team, helping to shape and scale the function as it grows. You’ll be responsible for owning and scaling core Product Marketing processes and operations across departments and multiple product lines, leveling up the team in terms of skill sets and best practices, setting the overarching vision and goals for the team, and ensuring the voice of the customer and market are integrated into everything we do.
