Who You Are
You are equal parts analyst, coach, and operator, with a strong understanding of what great sales conversations look like. You approach your work with structure and precision, applying scoring frameworks consistently and fairly while maintaining a sharp focus on performance and outcomes. You are detail-oriented and efficient, ensuring evaluations are completed accurately while upholding high standards across all sales interactions.
You are commercially minded and analytical, with a deep understanding of how sales behaviors connect to pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes. You don’t just evaluate calls—you diagnose performance, identify patterns across interactions, and translate insights into actionable feedback that drives measurable improvement. Your curiosity pushes you to go beyond the surface, uncovering trends that influence both individual and team performance.
You communicate feedback in a way that is direct, clear, and constructive, enabling behavior change rather than just awareness. You are comfortable operating in evolving environments and help define and refine what “great” looks like as the sales organization grows. You understand that in sales, quality is not just about delivering a strong experience—it’s about driving effectiveness and results.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Conduct consistent, objective evaluations of sales interactions (calls, demos, and virtual meetings) in alignment with QA standards and sales scoring methodologies
- Conduct ongoing QA of AI-generated sales scores, including auditing results, flagging inaccuracies, and partnering cross-functionally to improve scoring reliability
- Utilize QA platforms (e.g., Rippit/MaestroQA, Gong) to complete daily evaluations efficiently and accurately
- Meet established QA KPIs, including maintaining target grading time, completing assigned evaluations, and achieving calibration and grading accuracy targets
- Deliver clear, structured, and actionable feedback that highlights strengths, identifies gaps, and drives measurable improvement in sales performance
- Participate in and contribute to calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency, fairness, and alignment across evaluators and sales leadership
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA programs, including sales rubrics, scoring criteria, workflows, and enablement resources
- Partner with Sales, Enablement, and CX to identify performance trends, behavioral patterns, and gaps across discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing through QA reviews and sales data analysis
- Surface recurring themes and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates, pipeline quality, and overall sales effectiveness
- Support QA initiatives such as appeals reviews, targeted performance deep-dives, and cross-functional sales projects
- Provide coverage support by assisting with additional evaluations as needed to ensure continuity and KPI adherence
- Uphold a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement across the sales organization

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Quality Assurance (required)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, PEO, Fintech) Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo are required. Experience with Outreach.io preferred.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, consultative selling)
- Experience evaluating or coaching sales calls (Gong, Chorus, etc.)
- Data fluency; ability to analyze trends and connect behavior to outcomes
- Experience with QA platforms (Rippit/MaestroQA preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to scale evaluation frameworks
- Ability to influence without direct authority
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting both SDR/ADE and AE functions
- Background in enablement or coaching
- Experience working with AI-driven QA or conversation intelligence tools
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $82,000.00 to $99,000.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
