Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Executive who will have a rare early-stage opportunity to help the company scale its distribution and work with the most exciting customers in the compliance space. Working side-by-side with the product and executive teams, this person will be a key contributor to building out the sales vertical at Koop. Specifically, the candidate will:

  • Close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Generate a steady pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound efforts
  • Achieve both pipeline creation quotas and closed-won revenue targets consistently
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution
  • Engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, compliance, risk, legal) with tailored value propositions
  • Present product demos and solution overviews that align with customer needs
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to maximize impact
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup environment
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and consultative selling skills

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in an Account Executive/SDR role at a Compliance or CLM SaaS startup
  • Ability to solve client needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Tremendous work ethic and excellent written/verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience at a tech company
  • Proven track record of sales experience
  • Extreme attention to details and diligence
  • Impeccable communications and writing skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Experience with proprietary software tools or 3rd party CRM tools such as Salesforce
