Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager in GRC who will have a rare early-stage opportunity to help the company scale its customer relationships and work with the most exciting customers across compliance and insurance. Working side-by-side with the product and executive teams, this person will be a key contributor to building out the customer success function at Koop.

Specifically, the candidate will:

  • Drive successful onboarding and long-term adoption across enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable value from Koop’s solutions in compliance and insurance workflows
  • Proactively manage customer health, identify risks, and implement retention strategies
  • Lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic conversations with customer stakeholders
  • Partner with customers to align product capabilities with evolving compliance and insurance needs
  • Leverage CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track engagement and account health
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize customer outcomes and feedback loops
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup environment
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and consultative relationship management skills

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a Customer Success Manager or Account Management role at a Compliance, Insurance, or CLM SaaS/AI startup
  • Ability to solve client needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Tremendous work ethic and excellent written/verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience at a tech company
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer relationships
  • Extreme attention to details and diligence
  • Impeccable communications and writing skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Experience with proprietary software tools or 3rd party CRM tools such as Salesforce
