The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Culture Leader to join our professional services firm. The Director, Culture Leader will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving culture programs that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring the impact of culture programs through analytics and setting the strategic direction for culture initiatives. The Director, Culture Leader will interact with the C-suite and provide guidance on culture initiatives that drive revenue and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive organization interventions in alignment with the CEO's agenda, ensuring that culture programs support our overarching strategy and strategic objectives.
Develop, implement, and communicate a comprehensive culture strategy that aligns with our long-term goals and values.
Collaborate with the C-suite to provide expert guidance on culture initiatives that impact on revenue and profit.
Design, develop, and improve culture programs that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Analyze culture data and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of culture programs.
Collaborate with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to identify and address employee engagement gaps, and to develop and implement action plans to drive improvements.
Provide leadership and guidance to managers and leaders across the organization on best practices for building and sustaining a strong culture.
Partner with stakeholders to promote and reinforce the organization's culture and values.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $161,440 to $322,880 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on culture and engagement, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful culture initiatives that have directly driven revenue and profit.
Extensive experience collaborating with the C-suite and providing strategic guidance on culture initiatives.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing culture and engagement strategies and programs in a complex, multi-national organization.
Strong knowledge of culture and engagement best practices, including recognition, rewards, employee wellness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Experience with employee engagement surveys, data analysis, and action planning.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others, build effective teams, and manage change in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
Experience with culture and employee engagement as the primary focus of your current or recent role.
