The Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives at the local and regional level. Your primary objective will be to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth through targeted marketing activities in specific geographical areas. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific regions to support overall business goals and objectives.
- Events and Sponsorships: Plan, coordinate events, seminars, and conferences to promote the company's products or services. Manage sponsorships and participation in industry-related events.
- Brand Awareness: Enhance brand awareness within the assigned region through targeted marketing campaigns, local advertising, and community engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of regional marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management. Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Team Management: If applicable, lead and mentor a team of field marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their respective regions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, corporate marketing, and sales teams to align regional marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $ 134,530 to $ 322,880 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles.
Prior experience in a leadership or management position is desirable.
Familiarity with the industry or market segment in which the company operates is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Innovative thinking to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt strategies to suit evolving market conditions.
