As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will conduct market research, analyzing industry trends and evaluating the market landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Who You Are

Introduction

As a Senior Lead in Corporate Strategy and Development at Kyndryl, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and profitability. This role involves implementing both industry-specific and cross-industry strategies to increase revenue and enhance profitability.

You will manage strategic engagements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges. Your recommendations will drive change and help Kyndryl gain a sustainable advantage, while working with talented colleagues across various domains.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Kyndryl Corporate Strategy and Development consultants collaborate with internal stakeholders to define strategies, shape value propositions of offerings and solutions, enhance implementation effectiveness, and create advantages in Delivery using Kyndryl Bridge.

As a Senior Lead in Corporate Strategy and Development at Kyndryl, you will generate value for internal stakeholders and contribute to Kyndryl's intellectual property. Your role may involve managing teams or advising and contributing as a team member.

You will utilize your expertise to provide insights and guide internal stakeholders toward recommendations, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will assist in scoping and structuring the work, onboarding team members, and providing guidance throughout the project. Senior Leads foster interest and enthusiasm about their area of expertise and coach and mentor others across the organization.

Additionally, you will assist customer-facing teams in generating proposals and show interest in emerging technologies and industry trends. You will promote a culture of inquiry and innovation within the team, encouraging others to remain informed about technological advancements and their potential benefits for Kyndryl and its stakeholders.

Staying ahead of technological developments allows you to offer forward-thinking recommendations. This requires ongoing learning, attending industry conferences, engaging with thought leaders, and exploring tools and methodologies to enhance Kyndryl’s strategy and efficiency.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
  • 2+ years of work experience preferred in top management consulting firms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Capability to analyze and solve problems using data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $107,400to$204,000based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California:$118,200to$244,920

Colorado: $107,400to$204,000

New York City: $128,880to$244,920

Washington: $118,200to$224,520

Washington DC:$118,200to$224,520

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
