What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for protecting critical infrastructures and ensuring the security of our clients by working directly with FireEye and Gigamon technologies. You’ll be part of a team that works closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) teams to quickly identify and mitigate threats, ensuring our clients stay secure and operational.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Monitor Security Alerts and Correlate Events: You'll be responsible for monitoring security alerts in real-time, using FireEye and Gigamon solutions to identify potential threats. You'll analyze and correlate events to ensure that no critical security incident goes unnoticed.

• Investigate and Escalate Security Incidents: When a security alert requires deeper investigation, you’ll take the lead in analyzing and investigating security incidents. If necessary, you’ll escalate incidents to the appropriate teams to ensure rapid threat resolution and minimize potential damage.

• Deploy, Configure, and Maintain FireEye/Gigamon Solutions: You’ll play a critical role in deploying, configuring, and maintaining FireEye and Gigamon security solutions. This includes optimizing their performance and integration with other security tools to ensure maximum efficiency in detecting and mitigating threats.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with FireEye and Gigamon solutions (FireEye NX, EX, HX administration & tuning; Gigamon network traffic monitoring & visibility).

• Strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, and SOC 2.

• Experience in incident detection, response, and analysis using network packet analysis and malware sandboxing techniques.

• Demonstrated experience working with SOC and Incident Response (IR) teams for rapid threat mitigation and resolution.

• Solid understanding of network security concepts, threat intelligence, and forensic investigation techniques.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certifications such as CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or similar.

• Experience advising clients on regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and other industry-specific compliance standards.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling in the context of security.

• Basic understanding of cloud computing and network infrastructure.

• Proficient in using productivity tools like Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for audit and compliance-related tasks.

• Experience in project management, particularly with managing security initiatives or projects.
