LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a business that enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals. The Global Agency team is responsible for equipping agencies with the marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value propositions and accelerate their clients' growth.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Role:
We are seeking an Agency Development Lead to establish LinkedIn as an essential growth solutions partner to agencies who represent many of our strategic clients.
This role is tasked with developing and managing profitable and enduring relationships at all executive and senior levels throughout the agency(s) by gaining a fundamental understanding of an agency and client's business needs and strategic objectives by anticipating how to support and grow that business.
This role will seek to develop a global, agency-centric solutions strategy to equip them with the relevant marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value proposition and ultimately accelerate their clients' growth.
A revenue-generating role, an Agency Development Lead will continue to innovate, evolve and scale current partnership structures, infuse regular global business insights, lead joint marketing and industry efforts, influence global campaign developments and collaborate with the regional agency and field sales teams to coordinate and support specific client needs.
This role will have the opportunity to coach, mentor and educate the wider global team on best practice engagement with agencies.

Basic Qualifications:
The pay range for this role is $220,000 to $335,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Responsibilities:
Agency Relationship Management & Growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agencies.
- Consult with Agencies, at all levels, to help both them and their end clients leverage LinkedIn to grow their clients’ businesses
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive agency satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute agency growth strategies to maximize their clients’ advertising success.
- [Own] Own revenue growth targets by increasing agency spend and adoption of LinkedIn ads.
- [Plan] Identify opportunities across their agency book to drive product adoption, Share of wallet and new to LinkedIn acquisitions in strong partnership with sales teams
- [Pitch] Sign off on Joint Business Agreements with agencies and obtain commitment to achieve product and growth milestones within the quarter
- [Implement] Help agency hit milestones by activating product features, and copitching to new and existing clients
- [Evaluate] Review customer performance and execution against milestones via Quarterly Business Reviews
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate agency teams on LinkedIn ad solutions.
- Develop custom playbooks and case studies to showcase successful advertising strategies.
- Ensure agencies are up to date on new features, automation tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to deliver a seamless agency experience.
- Partner with customer success to resolve escalations efficiently.
- Partner with Agency Development Leads supporting large agencies to ensure effective knowledge transfer/best practices
- Provide feedback to product teams on agency needs, feature requests, and areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- 7+ yrs. Marketing / Agency / Advertising experience
- 5+ yrs. developing Marketing Strategies
- Experience managing internal and external relationships
- Strong digital advertising experience and social media expertise
- Crafted and implemented commercial agreements at a local level.
- Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with agency decision-makers and working across teams within complex organizations to achieve objectives
