Job Description
This position can be performed in New York, Chicago, or San Francisco, depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

As a Senior Global Enablement Lead, you'll drive transformative, scalable enablement programs that empower customer-facing teams within our LinkedIn Talent Solutions business line with the mindset, skillset and tool set needed to win more and save time – while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
The pay range for this role is $112,000 to $182,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

As a Senior Global Enablement Lead, you'll drive transformative, scalable enablement programs that empower customer-facing teams within our LinkedIn Talent Solutions business line with the mindset, skillset and tool set needed to win more and save time – while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global strategy and execution of large-scale outcome-based enablement programs designed to drive the skill and behavior change critical to achieving business priorities.
- Translate business problems into a field enablement strategy by partnering with relevant leaders and cross-functional partners to proactively define key priorities and requirements for success.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights to expertly recommend an effective enablement strategy that meets global needs and adapts to regional differences.
- Collaborate with internal partners (Learning Design, Sales Performance Consulting, Program Operations) and across the company (Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Policy, Pricing) to develop and recommend comprehensive global enablement programs that address both immediate and long-term needs for sustained behavior change.
- Align all programs and initiatives with key business priorities and performance targets.
- Develop and structure high quality enablement content in partnership with SMEs that is clear, concise, and engaging to the audience.
- Analyze program metrics, report on insights to articulate enablement impact, and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
- Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are established across programs to drive increased awareness and adoption, buy-in and engagement across the broader Enablement and Sales organizations.
- Leverage strong writing and presentation skills to communicate up and across to leadership and stakeholders through regular touch points (monthly business reviews, strategy narratives, quarterly enablement impact, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex multi-stakeholder enablement programs
- 7+ years of experience in related fields (Enablement, Onboarding, Sales, Sales Management, Consulting, L&D)
- Leads with Operational Excellence: Creates clear priorities mapped back to business objectives, manages effectively under tight deadlines, and ensures clarity for all stakeholders. Drives operational processes and structure through scoping, executing, reporting and analyzing program impact
- Leads Through Change: Successful record of leading organizational change. Experience leading change for sales preferred.
- Leads in Decentralized Environments: Previous leadership success in highly decentralized organizations, which require collaboration, consensus, and a high degree of influence to be successful.
- Demonstrates Business and Sales Acumen Extensive knowledge of B2B sales processes, skills, and tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, predictability, and scalability
- Learning program design and management: Experience with the design and build of learning programs including exposure to creating learning objectives, learning experiences, and program management.
- Experience managing relationships and partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out large enablement programs at scale
- Brings Innovative and Creative Mindset: Experience in bringing creative, out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovative and engaging enablement programs that solve for the skill requirements needed in the most effective way.
