This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale.

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions: We help businesses achieve their marketing ROI objectives with a suite of superior products that includes native advertising and programmatic channels. We are investing in the Content Marketing ecosystem through various thought leadership initiatives that will enable us to capture the opportunity that the market provides.
The Large Customer NAMER segment within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a Key Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with our largest and most complex customers. This person will leverage their knowledge of online media, communication, relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities to provide campaign intelligence and campaign strategy consultation, including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients. The Key Client Solutions Manager will be measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients as well as their ability to drive incremental revenue by delivering measurable business value and results for their customers. This is a senior, high-impact role that requires operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and their teams, shaping client transformation agendas, managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently, and scaling best practices globally.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
The pay range for this role is $213,000 to $325,000 OTE (on target earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a recognized industry authority and trusted advisor to the C-suite and their teams, delivering high-impact performance presentations and strategic recommendations that influence executive decision-making.
- Comprehensively lead post-sale activities: planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing advertising campaigns, communicated through insights and storytelling with data.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing best-in-class customer experiences and proactively identifying and solving customer challenges.
- Shape client transformation agendas through data-backed insights, macroeconomic foresight, and deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, mapping customer objectives across the funnel and designing solutions that address nuanced, sector-specific needs.
- Demonstrate LMS product and solution mastery by mapping customer’s objectives and challenges across the marketing funnel, teaching and scaling expertise across global client teams and designing differentiated, future-ready marketing strategies that integrate persona, media, and industry intelligence vs. competition.
- Drive new product adoption and partner technology integrations to maximize client success and efficiency.
- Builds and scales internal coalitions by partnering with product, sales, cross-functional teams (i.e.Insights, Marketing, Content Solutions, Media Operations, etc...) and Client Solutions Managers to orchestrate complex digital transformation journeys aligned with client objectives and accelerate roadmap alignment.
- Lead transformational post-sale initiatives, architecting complex, multi-stakeholder strategies that deliver measurable ROI and long-term customer success.
- Apply advanced measurement expertise to co-develop next-gen frameworks that anticipate macro trends (e.g., privacy, identity) and future-proof client strategies.
- Codify and institutionalize best practices through strategic playbooks, case studies, and enablement programs that drive scalable impact.
- Drive operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and sophisticated commercial negotiations that balance business, emotional, and strategic value.
- Lead executive engagement strategies to generate net-new demand, align buying groups to a common vision, and influence media investment decisions across the marketing mix.
- Promote customer self-sufficiency by enabling clients to advocate for LinkedIn internally and optimize platform usage and advertising campaigns use at scale.
- Mentor and materially impact the careers of peers through executive influence coaching, career guidance, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIBs).
- Lead global change management initiatives, crafting transformative narratives that mobilize senior leadership and drive enterprise agility.
- Anticipate customer needs, reshape strategic conversations, and provides input to account plans that anchor customer success in long-term ROI and platform-wide value.
- Forecast and pipelines with precision by integrating macroeconomic insights, customer signals, and pipeline analytics, setting benchmarks for commercial impact and customer outcomes.
- Drive new product adoption, partner technology integration, and campaign innovation to continuously elevate client performance and grow client investments.
- Travel requirements: approximately 20% of the time for team offsites, LinkedIn and client conferences, and client meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, media
- 4+ years of media sales, technical measurement, and account management experience
- 8+ years of auction-based content and/or programmatic advertising campaign management and optimization & campaign reporting experience (i.e., Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks, etc.)
- Demonstrated mastery of the B2B marketing landscape & digital media metrics
- Ability to conduct accurate forecasts and custom reports leveraging internal tools
- Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a client’s objectives and solving client challenges with data-driven products and solutions
- Demonstrated mastery of internet advertising technology, marketing automation, digital media ad products, and full-funnel measurement solutions
- Thought leader in the digital media and advertising industry landscapes
- Ability to expertly manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Strong executive engagement, stakeholder management, presentation skills, and ownership of agency and client relationships
- Ability to build effective insights-backed narratives to support strategic sales pitches, and a strong storyteller
- Ability to work independently and lead the charge on proactive cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer
