Job Description

This role will be based in New York City.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn Partnership Studio is LinkedIn’s end-to-end marketing shop dedicated to helping B2B brands achieve their business objectives by maximizing the power of LinkedIn. Combining LinkedIn’s brand, IP, data, and experiences with its scale as the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn Partnership Studio creates innovative, high-impact partnerships that drive measurable results. LinkedIn Partnership Studio solutions span content, research, events, co-marketing, and first-to-market product innovations, with a focus on increasing LinkedIn’s share of B2B brand advertising budgets, particularly in video. This is a growing and dynamic team, and a unique moment to help build the future of LinkedIn’s partnership model—turning the art of the possible into reality for our clients.

The LinkedIn Partnership Studio is seeking a Sr. Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading strategic partnerships with LinkedIn’s largest and most complex advertising accounts—guiding solutions from pitch to renewal and ensuring excellence at every stage. You’ll collaborate closely with senior marketing decision-makers (including VPs and CMOs), Sales, and cross-functional partners to shape and deliver high-touch partnership solutions that drive measurable growth. You’ll also help build and scale solution areas—such as Content, Research, Co-Marketing, Events, or Distribution—by developing strategy, creating GTM and Sales enablement plans, and driving innovation across Partnership Studio offerings.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in marketing, advertising, and digital media, with a strong track record of leading complex, senior-level partnerships. You should be comfortable flexing across functions such as integrated marketing, branded content production, sponsorship strategy, and consultative solutioning. A critical part of the role is the ability to spot signals, uncover the real challenge behind a client brief, and pivot strategies to deliver creative, tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, pairs big-picture thinking with meticulous execution, and brings a solutions-driven mindset to every challenge. You’re detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and passionate about building impactful partnerships that influence key decision-makers and scale across LinkedIn’s ecosystem. Success in this role will be defined by influenced revenue, quality of execution, client satisfaction, and your ability to unlock new opportunities that position LinkedIn as a market leader.

This is a chance to join at a pivotal moment and help shape how LinkedIn redefines partnerships at the most senior levels, building solutions that raise the bar for how B2B brands grow with us, and shaping the future of LinkedIn Partnership Studio in the process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Enablement: Build scaled internal resources, and GTM strategies, that equip sellers to position and sell LinkedIn Partnership Studio solutions effectively, accelerating deal closure and revenue growth.
  • Lead Strategic Pitches & Activations: Deliver high-touch, proactive and responsive pitches for LinkedIn’s largest, most complex accounts to secure partnerships and maximize deal value.
  • Drive Executive Engagements: Engage directly with senior client stakeholders (VP/CMO level) to accelerate decision-making, secure commitments, and grow account revenue.
  • Own Horizontal Solution Strategy: Lead and evolve a horizontal solution area, aligning cross-functional teams to create innovative, monetizable offerings that expand revenue opportunities.
  • Scale Repeatable Solutions that Generate Growth: Identify, test, and expand high-performing solutions for adoption across the Studio to consistently drive revenue and client renewals.
  • Lead Tentpole GTM Initiatives: Orchestrate end-to-end go-to-market strategies for blue chip programs that increase LinkedIn’s marketplace advantage and create new leverage for Sales negotiations.
  • Manage Vetting, Approvals, & Logistics: Oversee vetting, negotiation, and production logistics to ensure partnership concepts are executable, high-impact, and revenue-positive.
  • Mentor & Elevate Team Excellence: Model and mentor best practices for junior team members to strengthen capabilities, improve pitch effectiveness, and contribute to the Studio’s overall revenue performance.
