Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard is on the lookout for a Personalization Strategy Consultant, charged with building personalization programs on behalf of our enterprise clients. We’re looking for experienced professionals, who are able to analyse and interpret e-commerce data from different sources and derive the right insights from this data to create an actionable and impactful strategic personalization
program. As an outstanding communicator, our Personalization Strategy Consultant will present and refine those Personalization Strategies together with E-Commerce experts and Executives and also visualise and quantify the impact of their program for our clients.

The right traits for the job include an analytical mindset, a good understanding of success factors across digital businesses from different industries, and a consultative approach with a customer centric mindset.

As a part of our Professional Services team, the role will build and analyze reports, drive insights and recommend strategic plans that unlock business growth for our clients. In this role, cross functional collaboration will be expected in order to successfully collaborate and communicate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams. The ultimate goal is to become a trusted advisor across multiple teams to provide strategic consulting, insight, and strategy to ensure growth for Dynamic Yield’s customer base.


The Task-at-Hand:
• Perform sophisticated quantitative analyses (Google Analytics, Omniture, Tableau) that translates eCommerce data into actionable personalization strategy
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to advance project execution based on the strategic plan
• Analyze and track progress against the plan and report back on the success of the program
• Advocate for personalization and lead clients toward adopting advanced personalization strategies
• Innovate on new ways of leveraging Dynamic Yield’s technology to create personalized customer experiences across different industry verticals
• Act as the main personalization strategy expert in front of executives in high profile clients and partners


Optimal Skills for Success:

• 3+ years of consulting experience focusing UX optimization in eCommerce, media or finance sector is a must
• B.A./B.S. Degree (MBA strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in campaign management, execution and reporting
• Exemplary quantitative and qualitative thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
• Strong desire to earn and grow within a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills
• Strong interest in digital technology
• Ecommerce technology (e.g. CMS, Web Analytics, Email Marketing) experience, knowledge, or aptitude a plus

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
