Program Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management requests in support of product and operations partners.
- Accountable for project progress, flagging when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy, while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situations.
- Focus on continual process improvement by scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.
- Communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team to drive consensus and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented.
- Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage all existing resources in the most effective way.
- Manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts and advocate for our Vendor Partners, working with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure the smooth rollout of changes.
- Manage dynamic and growing requirements with limited guidance and prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning and creative solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity
- able to seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical environments.
- Create and maintain documentation standards and procedural expectations.
- Ability to retrieve data and conduct analysis to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- International travel required 10%.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Requires 4 years of experience in the following:
- 1. working in analytical activities within Excel or data managing software systems to drive business decisions and strategy
- 2. driving and managing multiple projects simultaneously, from scope design to execution.
- 3. effectively managing senior-level stakeholders, working with international and/or cross-functional teams, and partnering with technical product teams.
- 4. Presenting information and providing practical business insights to stakeholders
- 5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving using data.
- 6. Creating and maintaining documentation standards and procedural expectations.
- 7. Data analytics, and statistical programming (R or Python)

$155,674/year to $156,750/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
