Client Solutions Manager, CPG Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.
  • Serve as a Marketing Solutions Expert.
  • In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.
  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc).
  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.
  • Perform media and measurement strategy and implementation.
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.
  • Project manage complex work streams.
  • Oversee internal account operations (eg troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.).
  • 20% Domestic Travel Required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Marketing, Market Research, Communications, Statistics, or related field. Employer will accept 3-or 4-year degree in the job offered or in a related client management/media role.
  • Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
  • 1. Build, manage, and influence relationships with C-level executives and front-line stakeholders across clients and agencies
  • 2. Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients· advertising campaigns with a focus in short term and long-term growth
  • 3. Work with key clients as advertising experts, presenting strategies and advertising solutions to maximize client value
  • 4. Drive product innovation among internal cross-functional partners based on emerging needs for clients and internal sales
  • 5. Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study product effectiveness and discover areas of improvement
  • 6. Collaborate with direct team to exceed sales goals for book of business

$237,904/year to $247,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
