Creative Shop Group Lead, North America Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of creative strategists and makers across multiple verticals to identify and solve complex business challenges through innovative, platform-native creative solutions and workflows
  • Foster continuous learning, always seeking emerging trends and technologies from a broad spectrum of creative sectors, ranging from design, advertising, and marketing, to gaming, tech, entertainment, and beyond
  • Drive the exploration and identification of white space and new opportunities for our advertisers by asking provocative questions, challenging conventions, and integrating fresh perspectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Sales, Business engineering, Marketing Science and Product) to ensure our creative output is not only ambitious and inspiring, but also grounded in measurable impact
  • Encourage and guide teams to thrive in ambiguity, approaching uncharted territory with confidence and creative rigor to convert undefined challenges into tangible, scalable strategies
  • Present creative and strategic guidance with clarity and influence—both internally and externally to Chief-level executives and industry leaders
  • Advocate for platform innovation, developing creative solutions and workflows that leverage the full range of Meta's tools, technologies, and data to deliver relevance and business results for advertisers of all sizes
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of creative or strategic leadership experience in digital platforms, creative partners, startups, or technology environments
  • 5+ years of people management experience coaching and developing team members including experienced individual contributors
  • Experience in roles at the intersection of creativity and technology, producing results in ambiguous, rapidly-evolving contexts
  • Experience identifying business white space, conceptualizing solutions, and driving execution through influence and collaboration
  • Experience bringing fresh, different points of view to creative problem solving, informed by broad interests across industries and disciplines
  • Experience communicating, presenting, and storytelling to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience thinking through complex issues scoping and implementing innovative solutions, emerging digital technologies, creative tools, and trends shaping the future of connection and commerce
  • Bachelors degree in a creative, technical, marketing, business or similar field of study, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience guiding creative teams through large-scale business transformation, new product launches, or high-impact campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI creative technologies
  • Experience as a creative technologist with a technical expertise in product, AI, data, or insights from consultancy firms or venture capital firms focused on creativity

$191,000/year to $253,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
