Digital Asset Enablement Manager

in empowering asset owners to successfully navigate compliance, governance, and lifecycle
management requirements while accelerating innovation at scale.
As a Digital Asset Enablement Manager, you will drive the strategy, development, and
execution of programs that enable digital asset owners to operate confidently and
compliantly throughout the asset lifecycle. You will establish scalable guidance, improve
owner readiness, and create support mechanisms that reduce friction, improve efficiency,
and strengthen compliance outcomes. Working across risk, compliance, engineering, and
business stakeholders, you will help shape how thousands of digital assets are managed in an
evolving AI-driven landscape.

Responsibilities
• Develop and own end-to-end enablement strategies, guidance, and resources that clearly
define digital asset owner responsibilities across the asset lifecycle and applicable risk
domains.
• Establish and maintain a centralized source of truth for policies, procedures, templates,
training materials, and operational guidance, ensuring content remains current, accessible,
and scalable.
• Design and operationalize support programs, including office hours, drop-in sessions,
consultations, and self-service resources, to improve asset owner readiness and accelerate
issue resolution.
• Partner with vendors, engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to identify enablement
gaps and implement solutions that drive consistent and compliant execution.
• Monitor, measure, and continuously improve the asset owner experience through feedback
collection, insights, and data-driven program enhancements that reduce rework and increase
efficiency.
• Provide support and coverage for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and
minimizing operational, compliance, and control risks across regions and time zones.
• Drive adoption of best practices, governance processes, and AI-enabled capabilities that
support business-led ownership while maintaining strong compliance and risk management
standards
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Program Management, Compliance, Risk
Management, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program
management, operations, compliance, governance, enablement, training, or customer
success; OR equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and scaling operational guidance, training content, knowledge
management systems, or enablement programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across
business and technical organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex
governance, compliance, or technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting digital asset governance, risk management, compliance
programs, or technology operations.
• Experience building self-service support models, knowledge bases, communities of
practice, or readiness programs.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, user
experience, and program scalability.
• Demonstrated success using metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement
methodologies to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working in a global environment with distributed stakeholders and
support requirements across multiple time zones.
