As a Business Program Manager, you will identify, define and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will define the program strategy including gathering requirements, understanding business strategies and priorities and program risks and mitigation plans. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers. You will also monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensures program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Business, Operations, Finance or related field

    • OR equivalent experience.

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year. Responsibilities

  • To stay competitive, you will help others perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends. With oversight, you’ll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and help others define program strategy and create project plans.
  • You will help others work with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery and also learn how to define and track success criteria and performance metrics.
  • You will help define and execute on a landing and communication plan, maintaining the rhythm of business during execution with oversight from others and also help promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • As you contribute to standard projects, you’ll receive oversight on communicating the program status to stakeholders and holding them accountable to following the schedule. You’ll also help work with other teams to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.
  • You will help others conduct cost-benefit analyses, collect and evaluate success metrics, and use other analytics to examine performance, derive value and identify risk and opportunities. With oversight, you’ll also help influence and manage change in the organization.
