Did you know that insider risk is one of the biggest challenges for an organization? Over 90% of organizations feel vulnerable to insider threats, and almost half of the insider risks are deliberate. The Insider Risk Management solution is part of our Microsoft Purview Data Security suite. As more people shift to hybrid workforce, having insights into hidden insider risks have never been more important. Insider Risk Management helps organization identify and take action to effectively mange insider risks. Purview Insider Risk Management product management team is looking for a strong and experienced product manager to join our team and drive some of the new capabilities in Insider Risk Management. As a Senior Program Manager on the Purview Insider Risk Management team, you will get a unique opportunity to deliver on strategic business priorities across Purview. You will partner across various teams at Microsoft and have opportunities to help drive product innovation and customer impact. This position requires you to have a strong affinity for the security and compliance industry, design, growth mindset, data informed decision making, customer obsession, partner engagement, and execution skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing or developing product / services, preferably in the security and/or compliance space

Deep understanding of insider risk domain including insider risk solutions in market Passion for working on technical challenges in the security and/or compliance space.

Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective internal and external relationships.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with ability to consolidate and integrate a wide range of inputs.

Technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly master service capabilities, technical issues, business trends, and customer needs Ability to own and manage multiple end-to-end areas concurrently

Good technical skills as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

BA/BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering or related disciplines or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Work across multiple teams at Microsoft to coordinate, prioritize, and integrate our security and compliance technology. - Engage with a wide variety of customers and be able to translate conversations to product scenarios that drive usage and adoption. - Be able to tell a story, clearly present your ideas and obtain feedback from peers and partners. - Excellent cross group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the business need for insider risk.
