Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising business, along with a proven track record of successfully monetization products and services.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to thoughtfully experiment..
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders across different geo and time zones, with ability to deeply understand customer needs and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
• Focus on improve Microsoft Audience Network ad performance and deliver better ROAS to our customers.
• With the deep understanding of campaign cold start issue, CPA goal meeting, performance stability etc., to work with dev teams to innovate and propose solutions for these core problems of our ad delivery system
• Is qualitatively and quantitatively data-driven and agile in seeking and using data for decision-making
• Engages and influences with customers, engineers, and key stakeholders
• Can explore opportunities and develop product strategy and roadmap based on business requirements.
• Collaborates across organizational boundaries, building experiences our customers will love
• Incubate, prototype new technology and ideas
