We are looking for a designer who is excited about AI, complexity and simplification, and design craft while not losing sight on the design thinking! There is a lot of room for influence!

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• ​​Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
• Proficient in key aspects and levels of interaction/UX design from information architecture to design systems and workflows to micro-interactions.
• Knowledge and experience with user experiences for technical personas – using code/no code, data or analytics tools.​

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• ​​Great communication, presentation and organizational skills – as this is an international team.
• Possess system design skills, think conceptually about system design, present good problem solving skills, and exercise the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape a product.
• Demonstrate ability to work confidently with Program Management and Development.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems with an understanding of rapid prototyping.
• Experience working within and contributing to a structured design system.
• Comprehensive organizational skills and an attention to detail. ​
