Overview

As a Business Program Management Intern, you will identify, define, and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers. You will monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensures program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Event Execution Support: This includes sending invitations, hosting events, and following up with attendees.
  • Digital Selling Content Sharing: Sharing relevant content with accounts to support sales efforts.
  • Opportunity Creation: Creating sales opportunities with Account team guidance.
  • Account Filtering and Targeting: Aligning with Account Teams (ATU) on account filtering and analyzing targeting tools to define whitespace and opportunities.
  • Pipeline Hygiene Management: Engaging with Opportunity owners to support pipeline health.
  • Reporting: Tracking the success criteria and performance metrics and reporting regularly.
