Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Solutions Architecture Specialist - Trading Advisory to join our dynamic Global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong team player mindset and the ability to lead client trading team engagements independently within the Central Europe market. This role involves campaign monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting, client onboarding and training, issue and risk management, driving efficiencies through automation, storytelling through data, creating best practice documentation, and comprehensive understanding of products within our Microsoft Invest DSP. Our clients are programmatic holding companies, agencies, independents, marketers, and builders. You will partner with commercial teammates to execute client strategies and map customer requirements to Microsoft products and solutions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Business or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Programmatic/Digital Advertising Experience.
- Microsoft Excel expertise.
- Proficiency in German and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of client facing experience.
- Experience with automation tools and data analysis.
- Strong storytelling skills using data.
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Lead client trading team engagements independently within the Central Europe market.
- Partner with commercial teammates to execute client strategies and map customer requirements to Microsoft products and solutions.
Campaign Management:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure full delivery and performance expectations are met or exceeded.
- Troubleshoot campaigns and liaise with product support and other relevant teams.
- Drive efficiencies through automation and share successes through data-driven storytelling.
Client Onboarding and Training:
- Onboard new clients and trading teams through comprehensive platform training.
- Up-skill clients on platform features and best practices.
Issue and Risk Management:
- Identify and flag client issues and risks, and follow through on resolution.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain best practice documentation and an online knowledge base.
- Share learnings with team and organization.
