We are looking for a highly analytical and quantitative Principal Technical Program Manager with a strong technical background, and a proven track record of managing teams to achieve operational excellence, driving complex programs spanning infrastructure (Cloud, on premise), CAD, EDA, and day to day operations (support, budgeting, planning) at large scale, with complex dependencies, and leveraging data to provide insights and improve the decision making systems.
The Principal Technical Program Manager will be part of the Silicon Operations team, working closely with the Cloud Infrastructure, CAD, Silicon Analytics, Design leads, and finance team to understand our strategic infrastructure team, and drive cross org efforts deploying a data-centric approach to decision-making necessary for the silicon research, design, and implementation, as well as drive our next generation infrastructure enhancements and system migration.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar domains
- AND 12+ years’ experience in an engineering position, Technical Program Management or data analytics position, including:
- 5+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 5+ years experience Driving an org strategy with complex dependencies and at a large scale though directly managing a team of TPMs with diverse domain expertise
- 3+ years experience in EDA jobs execution on the Cloud, Cloud Infrastructure, or CAD flows
- 3+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
- Hands-on experience in EDA tools execution on the cloud, & cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in Automation, CAD flows, and and leveraging data in Microsoft PowerBi for decision making
- Proven leadership and excellent team building abilities
- Clear understanding of Program Management processes and methods

- Highly organized and strong analytical skill (preferred)
- Strategic thinking, with Excellent written and verbal communications skills (preferred)
- Ability to work through ambiguity, identify scaling bottlenecks, and drive complex programs with large scope and dependencies simultaneously (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Oversee a complex scale of infrastructure projects, capabilities enablement progress, and deliverable plans, in multiple technical domains to make sure the technical team is converging on their strategic objectives.
- Ability to help define priorities and identify the technical gaps to drive our technical requirements towards improving the overall strategic goals of the Silicon & Cloud Compute Org
- Present data in ways that will be useful to different stakeholders and Engineering Leadership, with ability to think strategically and communicate with Execs as well as delve into technical details
- Facilitate regular technical team discussions to address concerns, identify blocking items, and develop strategies to succeed at accomplishing the goals of the team
- Forecast requirements, schedules, and resource plans
- Define clear goals and deliverables for internal and external staff required to achieve our key results, and manage their scope of work
- Ability to work cross sites, cross-organization, and navigate dependencies to monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage project changes to influence timely deliverables.
