6 month Fulltime Internship

As Field Integrated Marketing Intern you will focus primarily on our Events Planning operations alongside the FIM team.You will drive Microsoft's business event planning and budget planning along with managing Content of Materials and localisation. Furthermore, you will focus on Event promotion through developing marketing plans that drive customer demand based on global program availability, functional expertise, and local market knowledge and insights. Ensure marketing plan execution upholds global strategic guidance, regulatory and compliance standards and Microsoft Accessibility and Privacy principles.

Qualifications

Minimum Qulifications

  • Currently pursuing complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Business Administration, Business, or related field (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated).
  • Legally authorized to work in France (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience including other internships.

Responsibilities

  • Support overall events planning (allocate the slots, cascade to IMMs, summarize the outcome and communicate to Integrated Marketing Managers and EMEA)

  • Maintaining events Calendar; check consistency with Marketing Planning Tool; follow up with IMM if needed

  • Provide visibility to the team about news and changes related to events execution (roadmap, availability, guidance)
  • Draft Internal communication of overall event plan
  • Help to prepare overall events performance analysis, consolidation, feedback loop
  • Monitoring Bill of Materials content availability & providing feedback to GDC
  • Manage localization process
  • Help IMMs with project management of the key events
