Overview

We are looking for a Business Program Manager to join the Cloud Ecosystem Security Executive office. The Business Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of Cloud Ecosystem Security organization by managing key business operations and strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related role
    • OR equivalent experience.

Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.

Responsibilities

  • This role involves budget management, orchestrating the rhythm of business, and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • The Business Program Manager will work closely with leadership, Chief of Staff, business manager community to provide insights and strategic support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with the business management community, Engineering, Product, Chief of Staff, and Leadership to plan resource management and allocation in alignment with the business strategy.
  • Financial Management: Partner with finance to drive the financial management process, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Business Health Reporting: Support business health reporting, including headcount and budget spend tracking.
  • Cross-Division Projects: Support cross-division projects and initiatives to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs.
  • Procurement and Compliance Improvements: Work with the Business Manager and Chief of Staff to define and operationalize improvements in the team’s procurement process and internal compliance requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline business processes across the Cloud Ecosystem Security and MS Security division, optimizing quality, efficiency, and effective resource management.
  • Develop business processes and tools to continuously improve.
