The Industry Solution Delivery organization is looking for its next Worldwide Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to work within its newly formed Commercial Solution Area group.

The WW GTM team’s mission is to bring to market new STU-aligned consulting offerings across all solution areas. We act as a connector between internal teams worldwide to drive the offering to a consistent, demonstrable, and scalable success. We partner with regional Sales Activation & Sales Leaders WW to ensure the offerings effectively land in the field through targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.

Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the program manager for each new offering, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and meet quality and completion metrics, ensuring the GTM process is managed within established expectations of time and budget.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Activation team to identify and secure customers for incubation, ensuring their involvement and feedback partnership.
  • Lead Sales Initiatives (Campaigns) to scale offerings worldwide.
  • Provide in-process feedback for revision and input/run the go/no-go decision-making process, documenting rationale and learnings.
  • Be the voice of the incubation team (vision and outcomes) to the field and customer, and the voice of the field (customer) back to the incubation v-team regarding viability and changes needed to make it viable.
  • Coordinate and manage the GTM process for new consulting offerings.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all elements of the offering.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Activation team to secure customer involvement for incubation.
  • Act as the liaison between the incubation team and the field/customers.
